Manual night harvest in boxes of 15 kg. After a short cold pre-maceration, the must is racked for a period of time for subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled low temperatures of 16ºC, for subsequent tangential filtering prior to bottling.

It is presented as a clean, transparent clear wine, with greenish tones due to its youth. On the nose aromas of hay stand out along with fruity aromas of citrus. Long and pleasant clean aroma. In the mouth it has a balanced acidity with a great center of the mouth, fatty with a herbaceous finish.

Fish or seafood as well as white meats, such as chicken.

High intensity black fruit aromas, frank, clean. In the mouth, the entry is powerful, with a great center of the mouth, a soft tannin, velvety and very expressive wine with a multitude of nuances and a complex and long finish.

Beef and lamb in almost any style, grilled, in stews, etc. Hard cheeses like cheddar, gouda or Parmesan, creamy like camembert and even gorgonzola-type blue cheeses. Chicken, duck and turkey roasted, grilled or baked.

On the nose it is very varietal with the typical vegetable aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon. 

The entry on the palate is pleasant with a moderate acidity, a soft mid palate is perceived that gives it personality, the center of the mouth is very expressive, the tannicity softens and more pleasant and delicate nuances appear, the finish is long and leaves a very good sensation.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon can simply be served with grilled meats, casseroles, stews or empanadas.

Wine from overripe grapes of the Tempranillo variety from our Aguirre estate, picked by hand at dawn on a frigid day in January 2019, was quickly transported to the winery where it was squeezed and pressed for hours, preventing the temperature of the grapes from rising. The fermentation lasted 2 months due to the high concentration of sugars and the difficulty of starting it.

Wine with great intensity of color, high robe. The intensity on the nose is high with a lot of very ripe red and black fruit. The wine produces an explosion of flavors in the mouth with a surprising concentration of sweetness and acidity.

ideal to take as a dessert wine, with sweets, fruits, with foie, Roquefort cheese or cabrales. It is taken in small quantities, since it is to enjoy it and savor its fruity aromas.

Manual night harvest in boxes of 15 kilos. In the winery, the grapes are kept macerating with the skins until the rosé must is bled. Once the solid residues have been eliminated, the clean must ferments under the action of selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16 ºC). After fermentation, the wine is clarified and stabilized at -5ºC to eliminate excess bitartrates.

It is presented as a bright, clear and clean pink wine. On the nose aromas of red fruits stand out, resulting in a very appetizing wine. It is very fresh and long in the mouth.

Pairing: Salads. Pasta. Fish and shellfish. Artichokes, asparagus. Desserts, Cheese and meats.

Slow alcoholic fermentation that is interrupted with a cold treatment in order to eliminate the fermentation yeasts without the alcoholic fermentation process having been completed. Attractive pale yellow color. High intensity varietal character highlighting very fresh fruit aromas with tropical notes and white stone fruit. Very pleasant on the palate, very lively, fresh, young, with a very sweet mid palate leaving with a very long finish.

El Placer is a fun wine highly recommended for multiple moments. It is an exceptional glass wine for before lunch and perfectly accompanies all kinds of tapas and aperitifs, as well as more robust seafood dishes, pasta and rice.

This wine is the result of careful production with a night harvest in September after a complete maturation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and a brief aging of about three months with batonnage on fine lees in barrels. 

Wine with fruity aromas of citrus and tropical fruits along with stone fruit on a subtle toasted and vanilla background. On the palate is unctuous, fatty, with a perfectly measured acidity. 

White meat, cheeses like Gruyère, edam or brie. Exceptional with pasta carbonara and surprising with oysters or a good lobster.
